1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at mysupernovaai.com (the "Site") operated by Sell Your Brilliance LLC, doing business as My Supernova AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

My Supernova AI provides AI-powered infrastructure design and consulting services for founders building portfolios of companies, offers, and intellectual property across multiple brands. Our services include but are not limited to Blueprint Day strategy sessions, Mail Stack implementation, Web Stack development, and related consulting engagements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for paid services are outlined in separate service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, methodologies, and software — is the property of Sell Your Brilliance LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

All materials, frameworks, templates, guides, architecture maps, checklists, and systems delivered under the Multi-Brand Mail Stack and Multi-Brand Web Stack brands are the original intellectual property of Michele Parad, operating as My Supernova. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Multi-Brand Mail Stack name, methodology, and framework
• The Multi-Brand Web Stack name, methodology, and framework
• All associated documentation, guides, and configuration materials
• The specific sequence, structure, and logic of the systems as delivered

All materials are protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or derivative commercialization is a violation of this license and may result in legal action.

4. Product License Terms

The following license terms apply to all purchases of My Supernova products, including The Multi-Brand Mail Stack, The Multi-Brand Web Stack, and The Complete Multi-Brand OS Bundle. These terms apply to all purchases made through mysupernovaai.com or any authorized sales channel. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

What You're Purchasing

When you purchase a Template Kit or Done For You service from My Supernova, you are purchasing a personal-use license to the materials, frameworks, templates, and systems delivered to you. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying intellectual property, methodology, or brand.

What You Can Do

• Use the templates, frameworks, and systems for your own brands and business operations
• Customize, adapt, and build upon the materials for your personal use
• Use the system internally across all brands you personally own and operate
• Reference the methodology to inform your own original work

What You Cannot Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the materials — in original or modified form — with anyone who has not purchased a license
• Use the templates, frameworks, or systems as the basis for a competing product, course, template kit, or service offered to others
• Reproduce or publish the materials — in whole or in part — on any public platform, marketplace, or website
• Claim authorship, ownership, or origination of the methodology, architecture, or framework
• Share login credentials, download links, or access to the product portal with non-purchasers
• Use the My Supernova name, Michele Parad name, or associated brand assets in connection with any resale or derivative product

5. Done For You — Additional Terms

For clients who purchase the Done For You service:

• You own all custom deliverables built specifically for your brands (sites, automations, configurations)
• You may modify, maintain, and transfer your custom build as you see fit
• The underlying methodology, system architecture, and frameworks used to build your deliverable remain the intellectual property of Michele Parad / My Supernova
• You may not use the Done For You engagement as the basis for offering a competing build service to others

6. User Conduct

When using our Site and services, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms or applications
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Template Kit, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will resolve it.

For Done For You services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will produce specific results. The success of any infrastructure, system, or strategy depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your implementation, market conditions, and business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sell Your Brilliance LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Violations

Violation of these license terms may result in:

• Immediate revocation of your license and access to materials
• A formal cease and desist
• Legal action for copyright infringement and damages
